At Schneider Electric, we are currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager, working with our Electrician customers. In this role you will focus on developing our business with a set of Electrician customers and distributor points of sales through discovering their needs and matching our offers to those needs. This role is based in the Copenhagen area.

What You'll be doing:
  • Build relationships with assigned electricians and personnel at distributor points of sales in the Copenhagen area to understand their needs and thereby increase our share of wallet and business with those customers. You will cover about 200 accounts and 20 points of sales by being their single point of contact at Schneider Electric.
  • Collaborate with distributors to give comprehensive offers and ensure an end-to-end experience for the customers.
  • Present new offers and promote campaigns to the customers in scope.
  • Ensure maximum visibility of Schneider Electric offers in your geographical area by animating the assigned electrician population and having strong relations with the personnel in the points of sales.
  • Actively participate in events organized by distributors in your are.
  • Work with the rest of the sales team (KAMs and Virtual Sales Representatives) to ensure good coverage of the Electrician market.
  • Define and execute the channel strategy for given accounts.
  • Mapping and using customer journey mapping as an important tool in defining sales initiatives.
  • Deliver performance in line with channels targets.

What Will Help You Succeed:
  • We welcome applicants at any level in their careers. What is important is to have a flair for human relations, interest in technology (previous knowledge is not mandatory), an "all-is-possible" attitude and positiveness.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably with focus on business, marketing, eCommerce, technology and IT. Other relevant fields will be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Danish and English are necessary.
  • Proven experience with building relationships from other jobs or activities.
  • A solid understanding of the possibilities and limitations of digital technologies.
  • Exceptional relationship skills, and strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
