As Tender Leader you will lead the development of the business solutions offer, supporting the Sales team and Customers during the lifecycle of Opportunity

Your mission will be to lead the team of Tender Managers within Digital Power Business.

As a key team member of the Digital Power team, you will be part of the Execution and Tendering within these areas:

Digital and Advanced Solutions for Electrical Substations, Distribution Networks, Microgrids, Smart Grids, Renewable Generation and Railways .

Responsibilities
  • Complete tender follow-up and negotiations
  • Promote pricing culture in the tendering team, making sure they systematically present the way to reach the target price given by the Sales team.
  • Review RFQ documentation and assist with the formulation of order winning strategies
  • Prepare tender documentation including cost summary sheets, technical compliance, risk assessments and approval documentation
  • Liaise with supply chain/factories for pricing purposes, develop and maintain relationships
  • Submit completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines
  • Animate multi-BU tender preparation and consolidates technical and financial data.
  • Optimise future execution set-up and participates to external partners detection and qualification
  • Deploy transformation initiatives with a lean and agile management & mindset


Ideal Candidate
  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic or Industrial Engineering)
  • High comprehension and writing of tender documents, including specifications, contractual terms, standards, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • At least three years of experience in a Senior Tendering role
  • Knowledge of Automation Control Systems and Protections Relays solutions for Electrical Systems.
  • Knowledge in SCADA Systems for C&SP, Renewable, Buildings and Distribution Control Centre System.
  • Some knowledge of Schneider products (MICOM / SEPAM / Easergy/ EPAS / EPO /PME products and solutions)


Nice to Have
  • Knowledge in Cybersecurity, Analytics and Post-sales services will be a plus
