About the group (Schneider Digital): All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers. You will be part of the dynamic Schneider Digital - HR Technology team whose mission is to "Create digital workplace of the future & Enable HR to build workforce of the future". You will be part of this team and will be responsible to lead the People Analytics/insights and total Rewards team/portfolio.

We are seeking a talented individual to join this team as a Technology Manager - HR Systems. As a Technology Manager in People insights and Total Rewards systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of these technology landscape. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and innovation of our systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our employees worldwide. Our team is committed to driving continuous improvement through various programs and initiatives.

We focus on:
  • Complete end to end ownership of managing and building technology for people insights and total rewards.
  • Deeply involved in working with agile mode and ensuring the MTTR/SLA is within targets.
  • Technology Solutioning and enhancing platform.


Main responsibilities:
  • System Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that supports our organizational and business goals.
  • Stake holder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships, resolving conflicts and aligning differing opinions.
  • System Implementation: Lead the successful implementation of new systems and upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and no disruption to our operations.
  • System Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing maintenance and support of our systems, including operational issues, resolving incidents, and providing assistance to our staff/users.
  • Data Governance & Security: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within systems, implementing robust data governance policies and procedures.
  • Integration: Manage the integration of our portfolio systems with other enterprise applications, such as payroll, time and attendance, and benefits administration.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of systems and provide actionable insights to staff/user community.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high performing team of application analysts, engineers, and project managers, providing guidance, training, and career development opportunities.


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • MBA in Information technology preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR technology management or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in technology projects.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and supporting application systems, Analytical systems, performance management systems, compensation or total rewards systems.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of database management, cloud computing, and integration technologies.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Finance and budgeting experience for projects and programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with users, professionals, and IT teams.


Desirable/Preferred to have:
  • Experience with specific HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM etc).
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in HR technology.
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
