About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Documentation Specialist to join our Cooling Sustaining Engineering Team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing critical technical documentation, ensuring that our service teams and global operations are well equipped with clear, accurate, and comprehensive manuals and guidelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and local support teams, to ensure that our documentation meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Documentation Creation: Develop and maintain technical documentation in English, including Methods of Procedure (MOP), specialized procedures, and instructions for managing service kits as part of the Sustaining Team's activities.
- Documentation Management into the Service Portal: Manage and update documentation in the company service portal, ensuring it is readily accessible for the L4 service team and local teams across multiple countries.
- Collaboration on Documentation Review: Work closely with the technical writing team to review and refine official documentation, ensuring all materials are technically accurate and adhere to company standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of documentation processes, ensuring that the materials reflect the latest technical updates and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Technical Background: A solid technical foundation is required; a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is highly desirable.
- Strong Writing Skills: Proven ability to write clear, concise, and well-organized technical documentation in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite especially with Microsoft Word.
- Attention to Detail: Precision and a methodical approach are crucial for ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, support teams, and technical writers.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of understanding complex technical issues and translating them into user-friendly documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical writing, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in technical documentation or related technical fields.
