Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Cooling/Air-Conditioning Technician or Engineer to provide telephone support for our computer and data center applications. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of the industry, with specific experience in DX and chilled water applications. This individual will play a key role in providing pre-sales and post-sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers via telephone and email.
  • Assist customers with product selection, system design, and troubleshooting.
  • Attend appropriate quality conference calls.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
  • Conduct post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and product developments.
  • Contribute to the development of technical support documentation and resources.

Requirements:
  • Must speak, read, and write Spanish Fluently and Accurately.
  • Must have a working knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge or Portuguese would be very advantageous.
  • Proven experience in the cooling/air-conditioning industry, specifically in DX and chilled water applications.
  • U derstanding of computer and data center cooling requirements would be a distinct advantage .
  • Excellent PC literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Education and Certifications:
  • Served Recognised Apprenticeship as a Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Technician OR have a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field .
  • Relevant certifications in cooling and air-conditioning systems (e.g., HVAC certifications) are advantageous.
