As a Technical Support Agent, you will have a dynamic role with independence, fun, and the chance to make an impact during our exciting growth journey. This is a varied role where your mission is to provide expert advice to our end users and partners on Medium Voltage Relays, Arc Flash protection, Switchgear, transformers and RTUs in the Baltic and Nordic Zone. What You'll Do:

  • Technical support of end users, partners, and engineers of Schneider Electric in configuring, installing, and commissioning the above-mentioned products from Schneider Electric. Our technical support occurs from the execution phase to after-sales.
  • Troubleshooting communication and control issues in Schneider Electric's monitoring and automation systems, including EcoStruxure Power Operation and EcoStruxure Power Automation.
  • Perform end user and partner training within Medium Voltage equipment such as switchgears and transformers, Arc Flash protection, and RTU of Schneider Electric.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is preferred, but relevant experience can substitute for formal education.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish are mandatory, fluency in English is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a technical role with medium voltage products, protection relays, RTUs, and Arc Flash as well as knowledge of local substation standards and requirements.
  • Previous experience working with medium voltage equipment as well as previous project manager/service site manager experience is an advantage.
