Job Title - Technical sales consultant-e-mobility and residential energy management

We have an exciting opportunity for a technical sales consultant to join our team. As Technical Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering growth to this category and supporting customers and Schneider Electric team members in the sales journey. This includes pre-sales, quoting, partner account management, some level of installation / Set-up support, maintenance support and remote troubleshooting assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the e-mobility and Home Energy Management System (HEMS) business plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Own commercial relationship with clients, ensuring a strong partnership.
- Manage EcoExpert partners in HEMS and e-mobility, including value chain mapping and relationship influencing.
- Educate clients on our products and solutions, supporting them through quotations, RFPs, purchasing, delivery, and installation.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
- Train and support our sales team to identify sales opportunities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the sustainability market dynamics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated sales ability through proven work experience or relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with sales aptitude and business acumen.
- Proven sales experience in face-to-face selling;
- Technical experience in electrical systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated team player with strong relationship-building skills and technology awareness.
- Strong understanding of the NZ electrical charging market and infrastructure would be advantageous.
