As a Customer Project Engineer/Director, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from small package initiatives to large, complex undertakings. This role requires an individual contributor at the initial level, with the potential to lead and functionally manage a large team (10+ members) across various countries. You will be responsible for ensuring project success while focusing on motion and robotic offers for both OEM and end-user customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple small-sized projects (Category C) simultaneously, engaging directly with customers or in a back-office capacity.
- Organize and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely monitoring and control of progress and budget.
- Assess and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Oversee the complete job process from order preparation through to financial close-out.
- Provide technical support to customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with motion and robotic solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with OEM and end-user customers to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions.

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the motion and robotics sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
