You will part of team solutioning and executing key HR digital transformation initiatives responsible of realizing Schneider's people strategy for HR business. Your role will be to manage the execution of strategical program and initiatives within the allocated IT capability.

Role mission

The Technical Program Manager role sits within the Schneider Digital team reporting to the Internal Mobility and Skills Capability Leader. They are responsible for driving digital transformation projects and Strategic initiatives across the HR function. The role seeks a strategic and visionary leader with experience in leading complex technical projects, ability to lead a team through change, a proven track record of successful stakeholder management and a history of delivering impactful technical transformation project(s) which are implemented globally while aligning to organizational strategy .

Main responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end technical program management to implement cutting-edge technologies.

• Lead the identification, selection, and implementation of advanced digital tools and technologies that enhance HR operations and elevate the employee experience.

• Work across cross-functional partners (engineering, business, product/vendor, and design) to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, risks, and timelines across programs.

• Frequent communication with executive stakeholders to shape and deliver on the product roadmap and requires to nimbly switch between strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve technical, and business goals.

• Foster an agile culture, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

• Manage stakeholder relationships, resolving conflicts and aligning differing opinions.

• Identify and groom potential talent within the technology team.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and architectural standards.

• Bring out of the box strategic thinking to table helping executive leaders to shape the organization with holistic understanding of vision and core values.

• Work in a collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking environment that fosters creativity and continuous learning.

• Should have understanding and hands on managing project finance and reporting.

• Must have good presentation and communication skills.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience, with at least 5+ years in technical project / program management

• Strong knowledge of digital tools and technologies, including HRIS, AI, automation, data analytics, and cloud-based solutions

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in technology projects

• A broad understanding of various business functions and industries, with the ability to apply digital solutions to diverse business challenges.

• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.

• Should be able to manage with uncertainty and ambiguous situation at times and manage to navigate to reach desired goals.

• Nice to have experience in cloud-based AI tool's implementation.

Good to have experience.

• Experience with specific HR technology platforms (e.g., HCM solution, Information systems etc).

• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in HR technology.
