Roles and responsibilities of Technical Project Owner :
1. Assist & collaborate with marketing team in comprehending the true needs of customers at system level, connect technical to business side of software development & effectively manage the development process.
2. Define the right Software Technology and Architecture choice.
3. Describe the offer specs in high level terms to the SW development team.
4. Create out of box approaches and radical innovation into SW development, ensuring high value to customer
5. Responsible for creating architectural approaches for software design and implementation that guide the development team in collaboration with the Principal Architect or other architects.

6. Will lead design reviews with developers, or peer reviews for other architects, and work with developers or other architects to aid in designs and development efforts.
7. Will lead to define the project objectives, create a plan for and executing the plan to achieve those objectives.
8. Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements collaborating with Architects and Developers to estimate project impact.
9. Supports the squads on work decomposition, sequencing, and effort sizing.
10. Will challenge the estimations provided by developers and guide them to take unconventional approaches if required to meet time to market.
11. Leverages Agile framework and mindset in offer creation process.
12. Document detailed functional & non-function requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria

Essential technical Skill Requirements
1. 8+ years of overall experience, to include a minimum of 5 years of enterprise, full-life cycle in Architecture in the professional IT/Software Development services industry.
2. 5+ years of working knowledge within the energy and power management domain
3. 5+ years of success in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects (where necessary, managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects).
4. Manage the timely resolution of issues, including escalation of issues outside of project team's scope
5. Continually identify and proactively manage project risks & issues, ensure corrective action plans up to closure
6. Report bi-weekly / monthly on the key points, alert Control management necessary (in case of drift, blocking situation ...)
7. They should also possess good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and manage several projects in parallel and be productive in a small team where self-sufficiency is paramount.
8. Ability to negotiate between stakeholders and team members to reach a consensus.
Preferred Experience of Technical Product Owner:
1. Prior experience of TPO role is a plus
2. Strong attention to detail, problem investigation and diagnostic skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio and other programs/scheduling tool including but not limited to Word and Excel
4. Strong business acumen and ability to develop an analytical understanding.
5. Ability to handle complex matters concurrently with both synthetic and analytical skills.
6. Excellent listening & communication skills, ability to influence others
7. Good judgement, autonomously working style and ability to manage without authority
8. Proactive and open-minded personality with passion to work in local & international teams
• Education: Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science engineering / information technology
• Experience: 8 to 10 years
• Proficiency: English must, Knowing Local language is an advantage
• Location: Bangalore, Schedule: Full time. Candidates must be flexible to travel to meet customers in India and abroad
