For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $139,200 - $208,800 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Architect to join our team. This role involves working with various teams to manage data requirements and build integrated designs within an SAP S/4 HANA environment. The ideal candidate will have experience as an SAP Technical/Solution Data Architect, strong ERP systems knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This position is crucial for our digital transformation initiatives, ensuring effective data management across the organization. Data Architect turns strategic business data requirements into integrated designs that are aligned with enterprise strategy and related business architecture.

Areas of responsibility
  • Develop an end-to-end data architecture vision, including data integration, mapping data flows, and translating them into physical databases with a "Fit to Standard" approach.
  • Analyse complex data requirements and provide strategic solutions aligned with the organization's "Data-first" approach.
  • Analyze current data flows and define future architecture aligned with best-of-breed data practices, MDG S4 HANA, and upcoming ERP (S4 HANA) systems, adhering to the "Fit to Standard" approach.
  • Implement digital locks in target ERP (SAP S4 HANA) to ensure data consistency.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to understand current state and translate it into future architecture.
  • Design & Develop Data Governance RoadMap and provide reports regarding the progress from time to time.
  • Works with Business/Data Analyst, who assures stakeholder requests are mapped from business definition to source system location.
  • Has knowledge of systems development, including system development life cycle, project management approaches and requirements, design and testing techniques
  • Has knowledge of main architecture frameworks (eg. ITIL, TOGAF...)
  • Has knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP...)
  • Eliminates redundancy and streamlines the external data sources.
  • Support the acceleration of data-driven digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of data management, including extraction, transformation, loading, data modelling, and data governance principles.
  • Proficiently design and implement data architecture.


Required Skills:
  • Strong expertise in data modelling, data governance, and data management principles.
  • Proficiency in implementing data architecture solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work across functional and technical teams.
  • Ability to analyse complex data requirements and provide strategic solutions.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an SAP Technical Architect
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required - Master's degree preferred.
