Team Leader Back Office with German

What will you do?

  • Day to day operational management of back office DACH (order, return, credit note) activities: set daily priorities, inform team and assign clear tasks with the aim to improve our customer satisfation by adapting processes to customer needs
  • Reporting and analysis of team performance, leading of the back office DACH team including annual performance process, employee development etc.
  • Act as a point of escalation for customer issues
  • Provide support and a high-level escalation point for the Customer Care Team as appropriate and in line with the agreed procedures
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the internal teams of the countries being supported
  • Continuous Improvement Activities and promote all Schneider Electric digital activities with your team in the direction of our customers
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain all the policies, procedures, and information systems for the Customer Care Team and to ensure all appropriate records are kept and information systems updated.

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Education: Associate/ Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business, Technical represents an advantage)
  • Spoken language for the supported country is required
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Optional 2 years experience in the team
  • Senior role according to internal Career Path program - optional
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with a wide range of groups and individuals and customers
  • Experience in a Customer Care environment in the area of commercial support.
