Mission : The Talent Management Leader partners with the Innovation@Edge leadership team to design and execute talent strategy for the organization and enable high performance teams through developing and implementing talent management programs and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent for the business.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute talent strategy for Innovation@Edge that best support business strategies.
  • Design and implement talent management programs and initiatives based on global requirements and entity-specific needs.
  • Lead the Talent Review process for I@E in partnership with HRBPs.
  • Drive workforce diversity and ensure a strong, diverse leadership pipeline with both internal and external talent.
  • Analyze talent metrics and trends to provide insights and input for talent initiative design.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop retention strategies to ensure the retention of key talent.
  • Represent I@E in the Global Talent Management community and participate in global projects as needed.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of talent management best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change in a complex, global organization.
  • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and influence/challenge others
  • Digitally savvy. Familiar and comfortable with digital platforms and tools.
  • Strength in project management and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical mindset and story-telling skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and time and priority management skills.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years experiences in human resources, Master's degree desired.
