As Talent Acquisition Business Partner your main scope will be recruitment for our factories with special attention to our Dunavecse Smart Factory, which is growing rapidly. Teamwork makes the dream work, so you can and will be involved in other departments' recruitment processes.

About the hard facts:
  • We are a team of 3 Talent Acquisition Partners and 2 interns waiting to get to know you!
  • You will jump into deep water with us. Therefore we need you to be prepared with several years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • As our Dunavecse factory is growing, you will likely need to spend at least 1 day/week there (Commuting is covered of course)
  • Sourcing collaboration - while on some roles you will have sourcing experts partnering you, in many cases you will still need to find creative ways of finding hidden talents
  • As good amount of your stakeholders won't speak Hungarian, so fluency in English shouldn't be an issue for you.
  • You enjoy juggling between multiple projects. Being an owner of your scope will require lots of flexibility and prioritization.
