For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Integrated Solution Sales

We are seeking an experienced and influential professional to fill the role of Senior Integrated Solution Sales Representative. In this position, you will engage with key stakeholders in the HVAC, Energy Management, real estate community, including owners, developers, engineers, contractors, and property managers, to drive the adoption of our EcoStruxure solutions across various sectors such as Hospitals, Data Centers, Bio R&D Labs, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Universities, and Office buildings.

As a senior member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in capturing essential orders and driving the growth of our business through the development and maintenance of strategic relationships, ultimately resulting in new construction contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically generating sales orders that significantly exceed financial targets for the branch.
  • Orchestrating outbound sales activities, including high-level networking events and tailored messaging to qualify and secure sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the Pre-construction team to craft compelling cost estimates and proposals to drive new business.
  • Developing and executing monthly/quarterly account plans to drive substantial growth.
  • Leveraging your extensive network and relationships within the real estate community to position Schneider Electric as the premier choice

Required Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of 5+ years in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales within industries directly relevant to Schneider Electric's customer base.
  • This individual should have experience with HVAC and be proficient with Building Automation Systems and Applications
  • Proficiency in multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management.
  • An innate understanding of how technology products and solutions solve complex business challenges.
  • Extensive knowledge/experience in Commercial Real Estate Development, property management, construction, or marketing.
