Join Our Team as Offer Sales Specialist for Low Voltage Solutions, with a key focus on Canalis Busbar Systems!

Are you an expert in offer sales with a knack for technical solutions and a passion for driving business growth? At Schneider Electric, we are looking for an Offer Sales Specialist to elevate our Low Voltage offerings, particularly focusing on Canalis Busbar Systems. Your mission will be to boost our sales across various channels and markets by identifying new opportunities and responding to RFP queries with accurate and timely bids.

Job Mission

  • Promote and Sell: our Canalis Busbar Systems offer and identify and specify needs and requirements for wider range of low voltage solutions. You will be tailoring products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Drive Growth: Through several channels, such as electrical distributors, panel builders, contractors, and more.
  • Support and Expertise: Be the go-to person for technical and commercial support, with low voltage solutions, both internally and externally. This includes taking full responsibility for tender process for Canalis busbar systems.
  • Business Development: Hunt down new business opportunities like a seasoned detective, expanding our customer base.
  • Prescription Efforts: Target design firms and end customers with the precision of a sales expert, aligning with our 2025 plan.

Key Responsibilities

You'll implement our Annual Sales & Marketing plan and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. You'll drive project business growth through customization and prescription efforts. For product and solution promotion, you'll be the face of our Canalis Busbar Systems and other relevant market leading Low voltage offerings. Providing technical support and training to customers and partners.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships by collaborating with internal teams to saturate different sales channels and engage with design firms and end customers.

Market Intelligence and Strategy

You'll analyze market trends and their impact on our product portfolio. You will be identifying and qualifying leads using data - driven approaches. Develop strategies to capture opportunities in growing segments. You'll use digital tools for customer management and opportunity tracking.

Competencies and Skills

We're looking for someone with a strong sales hunter mindset, proven abilities in prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Resilience and adaptability in dynamic sales environments is essential. If you can combine technical expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you're the perfect fit.

Education and Experience

Bring your bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Engineering, along with at least 3 years in field sales. A proven track record as a sales hunter and experience in electrical and mechanical engineering and industry solution selling will make you stand out.
