• 15+ years in Product Design, System Design in industrial, commercial, residential products
• Hands on Experience in Hardware, Firmware, Software, certification, System level specification, System Architecture, System level requirements
• Experience in Certification and Standards for Battery based products, Energy management products, low voltage switchgear
• Hands on experience in product integration, system validation plan, requirements management, change management
• Experience in working with Marketing Team and Customers to derive System Requirement from MRD and VOC
• Experience in driving product architecture, identifying CTQs and driving POCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/ Masters in Electronics and Communication with work in relevant field.
• INCOSE certification preferred
