- Ensure projects are developed and deployed efficiently

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide interdisciplinary approach to transform stakeholder needs into solutions
- Coordinate between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and project management
- Lead technical efforts for custom system design and deployment
- Develop and validate proposed solutions and designs
- Lead solution design review sessions and obtain customer approval
- Provide technical guidance to department members and senior management
- Prepare project analysis, design, and functional architecture documentation
- Define and animate customer use cases for simple user interfaces and experiences
- Ensure product alignment with customer values
- Leverage global software, UX, and UI platforms
- Stay ahead of technology trends and competition
- Identify path-finding opportunities and create proof-of-concepts

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in a related engineering field with 10+ years of full system life cycle development experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of system architectural principles, methods, and techniques
- Strong foundational knowledge of all relevant codes and standards that could impact the design of the product (NEC, IEC, UL1008, etc)
- Understanding of internal Transfer Switch systems to fully understand impact of product changes and evolutions
- Experience with external applications of transfer switches into Power Control Systems, BMS systems, and other industrial control processes
- Network solutions experience and strong knowledge of network services and devices

- Great leadership skills, ability to influence partners and stakeholders internally and externally
- Awareness of customer pain points and ability to find features that bring value
- Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast-paced technical driven environment
- Developed interpersonal skills with an ability to interact and influence internal and external customers of various technical abilities
- Ability to self-manage, multi-task and learn new skills quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel to Schneider Electric and customer sites worldwide
