What will be your mission?

You will participate in a new market initiative within the framework of our local Sustainability strategy, namely setting up a Circular business model in a B2B environment for a Business Unit of Schneider Electric in Belgium. This by analogy with what Schneider Electric is already operational in France. More info can be found at this link.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices in circular economy initiatives in Belgium.
- Assisting in the preparation of business plans and financial models for circular projects.
- Defining the value propostion and communication around this
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work out the complete internal process
o Defining and implementing an End Of Life policy (including reverse logistics)
o Product launch of specific Circular range (full scope)
o Quality assurance and certification aspects
- Participate in meetings, workshops and trainings related to circular economy.

Who We're Looking For?

Our ideal candidate is:

Enthusiastic and Driven: You have a go-getter attitude and a passion for success. Passionate about digital technologies and their potential to transform businesses.

Excellent Communicator: Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, and you know how to build rapport with others, making you an outstanding relationship builder.

Multilingual : Dutch fluent and a good command of English

Education: you currently study a Bachelor or Master's degree in Sustainability and economy
