Your Mission

The mission of Schneider Sustainability Impact (SSI) Project Engineer should entail achieving innovative and forward-looking (SSI) initiatives by offering as many people as possible the energy they need. Also, support to help build a fairer, lower-carbon society and reinforce Schneider SSI programs targeting five main energy impacts for a better life: Climate, Circular Economy, Ethics, Health & Equity, and Development. This is of course while guaranteeing that SSI projects are completed on time, within budget and objectives are met.

• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Managing relationships with Suppliers and stakeholders
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Managing supplier contracts
• Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executives
• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
• Raising the awareness of the company commitment to CSR
• Conduct research, come up with ideas, create detailed plans, build relationships with partner organizations, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities
• Attend CSR conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

• Education: Electrical, Renewable Energy, Energy Management, or mechatronics Engineer
• 3 to 4 Years' Experience in Projects management
• PMP is a Plus
• Preferred interpersonal skills & competencies

• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
