Accountabilities for driving significant changes and improvements across the end-to-end entire Leeds plant Supply Chain including:
- Manufacturing production planning and management
- Materials planning and management
- Warehouse and 3pl management
- Logistics and transport management
Reponsibilities:
Responsibilities for implementing new technologies, processes, and strategies to enhance efficiency, agility, and overall performance of the plant, while aligning the entire supply chain with the company's broader business goals; lead the process of transforming the way Schneider Electric Leeds plant manages its supply chain from its current state to a more optimized and future-ready mode.

Responsibilities for driving digital solutions, plant transformation , and the application of frameworks essential to order management, assets productivity, predictive maintenance, and the agility of manufacturing and warehousing resources.
- Lead the design and delivery of a Supply Chain improvements and optimization workstream.
- Use Business skills along with knowledge of SAP Supply Chain workstream to design and implement complex solutions to improve operational efficiency and Key Performance Indicators of the plant.
- Training and coaching of junior members of staff to help them realise their full potential.
- Follow projects delivery milestones, including timelines, team briefings, team supervision, delivery to functional area and to more senior team members, including Directors and VPs.
- Support Schneider Electric business development and sales initiatives when required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Be a self-motivated starter and new ideas generator, with proven track record of the successful continuous improvement projects execution, delivering measurable results.
- A combination of SAP Supply Chain functional expertise in one or more from the following solution (not limited to) areas.
- SAP Extended Warehouse Management
- SAP Enterprise Asset Management/PM/MRO
- SAP Order Management /Logistics Execution
- SAP Product Lifecycle Management
- SAP Transport Management
- Strong functional understanding of SAP Supply Chain process area and how they integrate with other business functions.
- SAP system design, build and deployment experience ,full lifecycle implementations preferred.
- Ability to build strong inter-teams relationships based on subject matter expertise ensuring quality of delivery.
- Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large volume of information.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and supporting multiple activities such as mentoring and capability knowledge transfer to enhance the practice.
- Team Lead Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, good standards of English language.
- Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills.
