We are currently seeking for a Supply Chain Project Manager with a passion for Project Management and Supply Chain to support the Brand Label (Virtual Factory) organization. It will be accountable for the order management & forecast process readiness to produce Finish Goods with Suppliers. The SC Project Manager will be based in Apodaca MDIC, Mexico and will report to the Virtual Factory Leader.

What will you do:

• Execute project management activities related to order management and forecast readiness such as project plan update, risk identification and reporting.
• Be the focal point for Virtual Factory for Brand Label Implementation projects.
• Document initial supplier CAMA and supervise corrective actions are taken if misalignment with initial forecast.
• Supervise parameters on ERP are properly set up.
• Ensure supplier training for invoice submittal and other related processes (Supply On, etc).
• Sign off projects: lead Hypercare and get stakeholder sign-off based on the agreed scope.
• Ensure soft transition from project mode to run mode.
• Support Virtual Factory Brand Label team with Flow Controller activities if needed.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related field.
• Strong English communication skills, business proficient. Written and oral.
• 5 years proven experience working in Supply Chain, 3 within Brand Label suppliers is desired.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office, Excel is a must.
• Proficient using SAP.
• Proactive, dynamic, self-driven, able to achieve results via Influence and great communication skills.
