Supply Chain Planning Transformation Leader

Mission:

We are on the lookout for a talent to take the helm as our E2E Control Tower Leader for a one-year mission.

The position will report to Global ETO, Supply Chain Planning VP.

You'll be responsible to lead the deployment of our Global ETO Control Tower Program, drive the change management, develop the required new digital capabilities, upskill our Supply Chain Community to help us integrate our operations End-2-End, better serve our customers, and support our Power Systems & Services growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Primary interface to Plants Supply Chain, Suppliers (IG/OG) and Front-End, Front-office for supply chain operational visibility, events management & orchestration
  • Responsible to define, develop, deploy and execute Global ETO E2E Integrated Business Operations real-time capabilities connecting Supply Chain Execution to Suppliers (IG/OG), Front-End, Front-Office, and Customers addressing the 3 golden dimensions (People, Processes, Technologies) across the 4 frameworks:

  • I See: from upstream to downstream execution covering full E2E customer orders portfolio connected with customer projects milestones and compliance to our agreed delivery dates against customer requirements, pro-actively early detect, predict & alert on any risks of disruptions on execution.
  • I Understand: understand root causes and analyze impacts of events or risks of disruptions on orders/projects execution and commitment to customers, model scenarios and recommend available options for mitigation
  • I Act: coordinate alignment and fast-track actions execution with plants & relevant stakeholders according to decisions as part of an effective governance model
  • I Learn: identify recurrence and systemic root causes leading to disruptions, address structural action plan with plants and relevant stakeholders
  • Responsible to define, formalize, maintain all required Business Processes and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), associated with Integrated Business Operations and Global ETO E2E Control Tower.
  • Responsible to animate the supply chain community and drive Supply Chain digital tools adoption
  • Contribute to define and responsible to update the SPS standards for nominated cards in collaboration with Global ETO SCPL Business Process Owner (BPO)
  • Accountable of disruption management performance and data integrity involved in the activities and tools related to Integrated Business Operations.

  • Skills and attributes:
    • Master's Degree in Supply Chain and/or Digital or equivalent experience with effective curiosity towards understanding business
    • Engineering-To-Order Business model Understanding: Ability to translate customer business requirements in Supply Chain solutions (Solutions design)
    • Prior experiences leading geographically dispersed organization or large-scale programs
    • Strong leadership with ability to work in a matrix organization and deliver through others
    • Experience with Sales and tendering is an advantage
    • Travel expectations : ~20-30%
    • Critical and strategic thinking
    • Great complex problem solving and result oriented
    • Ability to work autonomously and in remote networks
