We are looking for a Supply Chain Performance Director to make an impact!
What will you do?
- Challenge Performance Across all the Supply Chain Domains
- Identify & quantify potential stakes existing on global performance :
- Lead: optimisation of physical & information flows, surface, lead time, direct labour and equipment efficiency through leading and coaching lean diagnose on the end-to-end supply chain
- Support: Safety (zero accidents ..), CS&Q (process robustness), SC Deployment (LTIP), HR (Competencies ...)
- Collaborate to create shared improvement roadmap with Plant / DCs to achieve the targets
- Participate to the decision-making process for all investments (new product introduction, capacity, kaizen, ...)
- Challenge & support the entities to co-deliver targets : DLP, lead-time, organisational efficiency, internal process capacity & on-time delivery
- Deliver Innovative Breakthroughs
- Capture precisely the needs and participate in the search for solution
- Lead proof of concept projects before proceeding to validation for deployment
- Anticipate new technologies & methodologies & their associated skill requirements
- Standardise and Deploy for Exemplary Results
- Support the animation of the SPS at entity level to become part of their DNA
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SPS
- Design, evolve, deploy & manage standards, methodologies and tools, exploiting the good2Great process through leveraging the network of Subject Matter Experts (SME's)
- Train & Coach for Sustainability
- Manage the competency referential for Operations Management, Methods & Maintenance & Supply Chain Performance function
- Co-assess current competencies vs referential to identify gaps and support local action plan creation
- Transfer the necessary skills through "training whilst doing" to grow and sustain competencies
- Deliver a constant flow of talent being the principal contributor to the potential key position holder pool. Detect, attract, develop & prepare talent for the future through robust 3E management
- Contribute to build, with GSC academy, an efficient training offer & where necessary deliver the training ensuring a consistently high level of knowledge transfer

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in supply chain or any other relevant discipline.
- At least 10 years' experience with supply chain in logistics and manufacturing field and team management experience
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Lean Manufacturing Principles.
- Has understanding and knowledge of financial indicators.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with wide variety of audiences.
- Ability to drive results, driving change, business understanding and teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to influence by example and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to develop and make presentations before various audience sizes at all levels of the organization.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
