What is in it for me?
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on projects and solutions dedicated to customer service and delivery
- Drive improvements through Industrial solutions in compliance with the Schneider Production System (SPS) lean principles and conform to safety standards
- Design and develop sustainable methods for calculating raw stock needs for dynamic production schedules
- Work closely with Production Schedulers and Purchasing on process improvement, troubleshooting, and root causing
- Lead or support Lean/Kaizen activities
- Hands on support for inventory disposition and mitigation

This job might be for you if:
- Are actively pursing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Finance.
- Are proficient at the use of ERP or other computer systems and Microsoft Suite.
- Must be Proficient in Excel including charts/graphs (experience with Pivot tables, Macros a plus)
- Possess leadership qualities and the ability to facilitate conflicts
- Are self-motivated and self-directed with a sense of urgency
- Have a solid work ethic - honors responsibility and commitment
- Have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent communication and team collaboration skills (English language)
- Possess proven ability to achieve results
- Have exceptional leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, project management, and communication skills
- Have the ability to set overall priorities and form action plans to implement and monitor for results
