1. Collaborate with the upstream supply chain team to support demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement activities.
2. Assist in analyzing supply chain data and identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
3. Contribute to supplier relationship management and participate in supplier performance evaluations.
4. Engage in cross-functional collaboration with other teams to ensure seamless coordination of upstream supply chain activities.

Qualifications

1. Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Industrial engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field (max 8th Semester)
2. Fluent in English.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis tools, and ERP systems is a plus.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
7. Willing to be placed at Cikarang plant
