Supplier tooling Supervisor

You will be responsible for management of tools data, coordination of maintenance activity and capacity of all external tools - injection molds owned by Schneider-Electric from our suppliers.

Mainly:

  • Tool maintenance management
  • Material productivity and data collection
  • Computerized maintenance management system and tools database
  • Connection and maintaining relationship between plant and suppliers

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Technical Experience in tool activity:
  • Ability to understand and explore thermoplastic molds technical documentation
  • Ability to propose technical solution for molds maintenance and improvements
  • Analyse and challenge quotation for mold repair
  • Understand processing parameters impact on components quality and mold functioning
  • Knowledge of equipment and technical environment in injection molding and tool shop
  • Knowledge and experience in thermoset components, tools and process are advantage


Professional knowledge:

  • Technical education, engineering level preferred
  • Advance English language and local Czech language is a must
  • Exerience with tool industrialization, tool maintenance, parts production, injection molding process optimisation
  • Knowledge and experience in thermoset components, tools and process are advantage
  • Digital competency
  • Good communication skills, assertiveness, self-organisation
  • Flexibility for occassional travelling within Europe
