What will you do?
- Achieve procurement targets for the project (Supplier Sourcing, Cost, Contracts Time to Market, etc.)
- Lead project procurement activities in collaboration with project team members.
- Lead price negotiations for products, responsible for final resolution of all contractual agreements.
- Monitor project and provide support to solve issues and ensure process compliance.
- Define the sourcing strategy as Global Category Manager for the commodity: identify business needs and market evolution.
- Identify new technology suppliers, characterize gaps between needs and current panel in support of Line of Business revenue targets.
- Negotiate costs with suppliers in yearly basis to achieve productivity target using levers including face to face negotiation, QVE (Quality Value Engineering), lean etc.
- Support Virtual Factories to ensure good delivery and quality performance from OEM and ODM suppliers.
- Act as escalation point for all commercial activities with suppliers to resolve issues quickly.

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Engineering bachelor's degree or business bachelor's degree required. MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience in the category of hardware finished goods.
- Experience managing electronic technology suppliers.
- Comprehensive Mechanical (Plastic, Stamping, printing) & Electricity (Winding, PCBA) Components supply chain experience and understanding, with Industrial product application experience will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in Negotiations and Supplier relationships management with vendors.
- Fluent in English.
