Virtual Factory Europe manages the Supply Chain of standard Finish Goods manufactured by outside group suppliers and sold through the standard supply chain of our Distribution Centers, and is in charge of the order processing and quality management of the complete, brand labelled products (Finish Goods):

~ 500 suppliers, ~15 000 references Brand labeling all Line of Business, 37 product lines, ~ 240mln Euro turnover.
What you will do:
- Ensure the level of Quality Performance of Brand Labeling Suppliers meeting the Group's standards
- Ensure the application of the group's processes / tools dedicated to improve Quality and Robustness throughout the products life cycle (8D, 6 Sigma, Quality Fundamentals, SPC, PFMEA, PCP, surveillance tests...etc.)
- Manage and challenge Suppliers on their level of quality performance vs. target and continuous improvement YoY
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and support them in the event of Quality problems by assuming the role of Center of Expertise and resolving problems both in terms of efficiency and time
- Supports the "Supplier Approval Module (SAM)", perform Quality audits and process audit (VDA 6.3) .
- Manage new projects for offer creation and evolution in terms of quality
- Guarantee the respect of quality deliverables / stage gates (SAM, Exhibit5, PPEPs --> PPAP, ...)
- Manage relations with Line Of Business within the framework of DIR32, be the contact point for several product lines
- Manage relations with Distribution Centers
What we need from you:
- Engineer's diploma or equivalent level of study
- Previous hands-on experience in Supplier Quality, preferably in the industrial field
- Deep knowledge of Quality problem solving tools (8D, PRB, TEX, 5 why, 6 Sigma etc...)
- Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong negotiation skills
- Results oriented mindset
- Strong Lead & Manage abilities
- Manufacturing/Industrial/Logistic roles experience is a huge plus
- Self-motivated and "self-starter" personality, working autonomously with general supervision
