What will you do?
Il Candidato, con opportuna formazione ed affiancamento, si occuperà:
- di identificare i fattori di Non Qualità generati dai fornitori, eseguendo approfondite analisi e monitorando i piani di miglioramento della Qualità dei prodotti e dei processi;
- dell'implementazione delle azioni correttive e preventive per la risoluzione delle Non Conformità e della loro potenziale ricorrenza nell'area di incoming;
- Eseguire Audit e Validazione dei fornitori
- dell'organizzazione opportuna della gestione della Qualità sui processi di fabbricazione del Fornitore, intraprendendo le azioni necessarie per assicurare il costante rispetto delle aspettative dei Clienti e degli standard qualitativi di Schneider Electric;
- di contribuire, nell'ambito dello sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti, che gli stessi ed i relativi processi siano in grado di raggiungere i livelli di soddisfazione richiesti dai Clienti e gli obiettivi di Qualità dell'offerta definita

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Titolo di studio: Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica (preferibile),Ingegneria elettrica (preferibile),Ingegneria Automazioni, Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria dei Materiali
- Esperienze maturate utili per la posizione: 1-2 anni di esperienza
- Il Candidato comunque deve mostrare ampia predisposizione all'apprendimento ed al lavoro in team (Qualità - Metodi -Ufficio acquisti - Ufficio Tecnico), nonché spiccata attenzione al raggiungimento dei risultati.
- Inoltre, deve possedere buone conoscenze degli strumenti informatici ed ampia autonomia dell'uso dei principali software (Microsoft Office).
- Conoscenza della Lingua inglese
- Eventuale disponibilità a fare trasferte sul territorio italiano/esterno.
