- Subject Matter Expert - Network Operations (SME) will join Support Organization within Schneider Electric's Digital Grid (DG) Business Unit (BU), being responsible for advanced post go-live support in the area of network operations for the following DG's Software Suites: Advance Distribution Management System (ADMS), Grid Metering Operation (GMO) and ArcFM Solution (ArcFM).
- The essential responsibility of this role will be to ensure that cases escalated by the first Support level are triaged and solved within the SLAs contractually committed with assigned clients, either at SME level or by being escalated to the Product Development Team.
- The successful candidate will have the right balance of skills across technical knowledge and issues resolution for software solutions in the energy sector.

Responsibilities
- Software support in network operations area for assigned clients
- Analyse, clarify and document assigned issues.
- Support to first level team during initial phase of investigation and troubleshooting.
- Suggest software or system configuration changes to Product Development Team in order to solve common issues in ADMS/ArcFM/GMO systems in Support.
- Lead sessions with assigned clients to thoroughly assess and understand support cases.
- Establish and apply architecture principles, patterns and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers and subcontractors.
- Work on the process of continuous improvement of existing procedures to improve wherever possible processes, shortening resolution times as well as reducing the number of stakeholders required to resolve cases.
Qualifications
- Qualified to degree level in relevant discipline (Engineering and/or Software Business).
- Experience in network operations area for software platforms within an electrical utility segment.
- Experience analysing software issues in general and UI/UX problems in particular would be a plus.
- Experience in software testing would be a plus.
- Knowledge of power distribution and power transmissions systems is desirable.
- Proven capability in documentation, automatic testing, installation, and commissioning of software solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical issues to different audiences.
- Portuguese and English fluent level is essential, fluent level in Spanish is a plus.
