What do you get to do in this position? Subject Matter Experts for the Customer Care Center,provide support to the technical support team in process improvement and deployment, quality assurance, performance measurement and operational efficiency. The goal of the Subject Matter Expert is to bring the team strategy to reality. Responsibilities Serve as the go-to person for technical and process inquiries, leading daily team meetings. Take ownership of team processes, driving continuous improvement and expansion. Support new hire onboarding and identify training needs for the team. Lead improvement projects and monitor KPIs, escalating opportunities and insights. Conduct quality audits, coordinate team activities, engage with customers for feedback, and participate in strategy meetings as the manager's deputy.
