For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date) , opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

We are in search of an exceptionally talented Strategy Analyst who provides business critical insights using analytic, ensures cross functional business alignment of goals and support internal teams drive new initiatives forward. As an internal analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, engage with diverse stakeholders to help devise strategies to address business challenges. This role offers you the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, build your skillset with exceptional business exposure to critical initiatives, and help drive growth in Schneider Electric North America.

What will you do?
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of business data including financials, process and market data using advanced analytics to identify areas of improvement and growth.
  • Develop, synthesize, communicate, and deliver high-level presentations for executive leadership reporting and stakeholder discussions.
  • Develop actionable recommendations by gathering and analyzing information, modeling financial data, formulating, and testing hypotheses to refine perspectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, teams to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-business unit stakeholders to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business health

  • Developing Strategic Insights: Structure ambiguous problems, conduct complex data analyses to synthesize clear, compelling, and communicable insights and translate them into actionable strategies for competitive advantage.

  • Communication: Articulate complex insights, strategies, and recommendations clearly and effectively, and deliver persuasive presentations to guide decision-making processes.
  • Executive Presence and Storytelling: Communicate intricate ideas and strategic insights through compelling storytelling.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; MBA or advanced degree optional.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, advanced data modeling tools, visualization, and BI software.
  • Intellectual curiosity coupled with strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in diverse stakeholder communication and presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously within teams.
  • Ability to travel ~20% of the time
