To support our digital transformation initiatives, you will be involved in collaborating in all aspects of the Communication Strategy execution to ensure business value realization of our targeted population.
What will you learn?
As a Strategic Communication Intern at Schneider Electric, you will have the opportunity to:
- Designing and delivering and end to end communication strategy and plan for targeted audience, gaining practical experience in crafting effective messaging and selecting appropriate communication channels.
- Crafting compelling storytelling and produce communication assets to support it in a consistent, brand compliant way: Videos, Infographics, Visual Aids, Power Points presentations, etc., enhancing your internal communication skills, fostering engagement and collaboration within the organization.
- Management of internal workplace tools: Microsoft package (Viva Engage, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), content creation software: Camtasia, PlayPlay, Canva.
- Cultivate the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team, gaining valuable insights into cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
Are you who we are looking for?
- Student of Communication, Marketing or similar.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbally as you will be part of a global team.
- Able to sign an internship with your university.
- Fluent in Office 365 package, Content Management and Collaboration tools
- Skills in video production & editing and graphic design are required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills required to collaborate with stakeholders all over the world.
- Innovative, autonomous, curious, flexible and a strong team spirit.
- Motivated and passionate about Digital & IT world.
- Open to work in multi-cultural teams with different time-zones and in a "virtual" mode with.
