For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $156,000 - $234,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

The Digital Power organization is looking for a Strategic Accounts Sales Manager to lead a team of sales executives who conduct B2B sales of IoT driven electrical power distribution and control solutions focused in strategic accounts and segments. What Do You Do Every Day?
  • Provide guidance and support to sales executives, ensuring they have the freedom and flexibility to drive sales and create necessary solutions.
  • Handle escalation management and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead hiring efforts and foster team development and a positive culture.
  • Facilitate cross-functional management between other business units and divisions within Schneider Electric.
  • Conduct market analysis to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Stay updated with evolving technology and customer needs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
  • Monitor and manage sales performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with national and global strategic sales teams to drive key solutions and growth.
  • Define and manage goal-oriented strategies to promote growth

Who are we looking for? - This job might be for you if:
  • Have experience in enterprise sales and solution sales, particularly in the electrical industry.
  • Proven track record in sales strategy development and execution.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in escalation management and delivering results.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites within the United States.
  • Passion for driving cutting-edge solutions and thinking outside the box to solve customer problems.
  • Desire to work in a high-performance sales environment with an aggressive sales incentive program.
  • Developed interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
