We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager who works for Europe.

Your meaningful purpose

You will implement the Schneider Electric regional commercial strategy in order to profitably grow the sales of Schneider Electric solutions & professional services portfolio within the AI and HPC ecosystem. You will directly manage a named customer base from a global perspective whilst working closely with country sales teams to execute the central strategy. You will be responsible for achievement of business revenue & profitability goals within customers.

What will you do?

  • Develop, monitor, and achieve profitable revenue growth targets for specified customers
  • Global relationship owner within named customers, promoting expansion of regional and local relationships
  • Design and implement a robust account level strategy to develop and grow named accounts
  • Significant experience of successfully negotiating complex sales deals, including commercial coordination of multi-country projects
  • Incremental whitespace lead generation into C&SP to support global data centre 3X segment growth initiative
  • Knowledge of main organizational functions, processes and stakeholders that underpin the go-to-market model and business approach
  • Deep understanding of the market and its conditions to trade including commercial policy
  • Drive prescription in white space and edge applications, developing a compelling value proposition within the Datacenter Ecosystem space
  • Significant experience of managing senior stakeholders with multiple demanding and sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration between Secure Power and wider Schneider Electric teams within named accounts
  • Support line of business with offer development to capture new revenue streams
  • Animation of thought leadership into white and compute space

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in business or similar, marketing or information technology
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within channel sales and proven sales success
  • Proven knowledge of IT channel landscape with a strong understanding of the customers' business, trends, challenges & compliance
  • Awareness of the AI/HPC ecosystem and it's players

  • Able to handle complex matters concurrently with both synthetic and analytical skills
  • Excellent listening & communication skills, ability to influence others and to build strong business networks up to VP level

  • Proactive and open-minded personality with passion to work in local & international teams
