We are searching for a State Sales Manager to support our channel and partner business in NSW, the office is based in Mac Park,Sydney requires travel and also enjoys a hybrid working environment. This role oversees some of our businesses core channel partners, contractors, consultants and switchboard manufactures. It's at the centre of all things power in commercial and industrial environments. It's also at the cutting edge of the digital transformation of our management of power networks and how we support our customers transition with solutions like emobility and microgrid.

Responsibilities
  • As commercial leader concepts of commercial excellence, my leader is my coach, team selling, achieving together and rewarding for performance are all part of how you show up.
  • Develop, direct and execute the channel/segment strategy and deliver on the action plans to achieve sustainable sales and profitability growth through prescription, relationship building and differentiation.
  • Passion for learning and development
  • Drive Digital Transformation : the way we interact with our channels and their journey with driving and leveraging Digital Services for business growth.


About You

You are someone who gets excited by innovation. You are a highly driven individual seeking to work with a values based organisation whose solutions are leading edge. You are focused, collaborative and passionate about the work that you do. In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes:
  • Solid and proven experience in team leadership role within a commercial/sales environment with responsibility for achieving sales targets and standards
  • Demonstrable communication, presentation and negotiation skills commensurate with a global market leading organization
  • Operated as a change agent and will demonstrate a high level of problem solving skills
