Mission: The Global Marketing Intern will support the Global Marketing Business partners for Francophone Africa & Islands in executing various marketing initiatives related to both non-digital and digital fields (360°). This includes assisting with thought leadership, events, launches, business campaigns, social media, and digital projects. The intern will contribute to enhancing customer interactions and optimizing content delivery to support marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing communication initiatives, including product launches, sales materials, and social media content.
- Support follow-up of vendors and the on-going actions with them
- Support the coordination of events and tradeshows, ensuring all materials are prepared and organized.
- Help track lead flow and follow up with event attendees as needed.
- Maintain the marketing library by checking inventory and replenishing materials (e.g., brochures, corporate gifts).
- Assist with tasks such as data entry, updating the marketing calendar, and preparing documents for mailing.
- Collaborate with team members to support various marketing activities and campaigns.

Qualifications
Skills:
- Basic understanding of marketing and communication practices.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience:
- Previous internship or coursework in marketing, communication, or related fields is a plus.
- Interest in the technology industry is preferred but not required.
