Schneider Electric is offering a position for a Senior Offer Manager specializing in Industrial Control (Push buttons, Pilot Lights, Switches, Control Stations). This role is open in the United States, with a preference for Raleigh, NC.

The Senior Offer Manager position is part of the Offer Management team in Industrial Automation Business within Schneider Electric. This role will focus on product lifecycle management, market intelligence collection, and Launch process coordination to grow and promote business within the US. This role will work with various functional teams within the organization, partners, and customers to promote our offers and achieve results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the strategy around the 4Ps (Price, Product, Place, Promotion) throughout the offer life cycle for the Industrial Control Portfolio.
  • Lead US product launches, seminars, commercial programs deployment and execution.
  • Perform price positioning across all Go-To-Markets (GTMs) and geographies to capture offer value and ensure competitiveness.
  • Develop and manage promotional activities to increase awareness of the offer.
  • Develop and manage sell out activities with distributors in collaboration with SE Sales and Channel Teams.
  • Identify NAM and Global market trends, disruptions and opportunities that can impact offer performance and drive initiatives to capitalize on it.
  • Develop offer competency within commercial teams through training and workshops.
  • Manage resolution of offer issues - technical and commercial.
  • Provide product specific strategic direction to the sales team through development and deployment of offer strategy plan/playbook.
  • Provide regular updates to the management on product line performance and initiatives.
  • Create Sales Enablement Material and keep constant engagement with SE Sales teams and distributors.
  • Contribute to sales forecast process and SIOP demand planning process.
  • Contribute to the e-commerce strategy and execution.
  • Regularly conduct competitive analysis (Pricing, competition GTM, Technology)
  • Analyze and capitalize on market trends, customer requirements and competitive strategy to identify opportunities to increase business value through product differentiation.
  • Understand and capture customer needs and offer gaps and work with the global line of business to address them.
  • Gather insights from our customer personas and by applying consistent practices to support a consistent customer experience and a seamlessly integrated customer journey.
  • Conduct VOC (Voice of Customer) regularly.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business. MBA is a plus.
  • More than 3 years of experience in product/Offer management, biz development, sales or similar techno-commercial roles for Industrial Products
  • Flexibility to work with global teams in various time zones, with requirement for domestic and international travel.
  • Product Management or Sales Experience on Industrial Products
  • Knowledge of the Industrial Control Portfolio (Push buttons, Pilot Lights, Switches, Control Stations).
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic international environment and manage through influence.
  • Handles multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusion and work with multiple stake holder to drive the agenda.
  • Comfortable and effective in making presentations in front of large groups of people and senior management.
