The Senior Offer Industrialization Leader (OIL) is the team's main contact for all matters related to industrializing new components and launching new products in mass production, whether for new offers development or for existing offers evolution. Based on customer values priority and backlog, the Sr. OIL is responsible for designing and qualifying the Industrial Process and flow, while focusing on delivering the program or projects in time and cost. A Sr. OIL leads complex projects from start to finish. They manage resources, budgets, and timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. They also lead project teams and engage with stakeholders.

Main Activities:

§ Act as Project Manager for Industrialization activities, responsible for timely and effective deliverables (Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality) through Planning, Execution, Risk Management, Budget management, Communication, Stakeholder & Teams management, Quality Assurance, and Problem Solving.

§ Leads Industrialization activities across functional team in product development (Fabrication, Assembly, Automation, Testers, Costing, Supply Chain, and Procurement) to secure the delivery of components & products to the customers.

§ Lead new Product Development Projects throughout the Offer Lifecycle Management process (from Initiation phase until it's implemented and transferred to the plants)

§ Work cross functionally in creating and monitoring the Industrialization schedule.

§ Works with cross functional team members as part of a global new product development following Agile fundamentals. (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Designers, Architects, Leagues, Product Engineers, etc.)

§ Coordinates with internal and external resources to ensure best available processes and technologies are utilized for the given product and market specifications.

§ Develops and implements Industrial processes and solutions for new and/or evolving products which conform to safety standards and lean principles, and in compliance with the Schneider Performance System (SPS) principles.

§ Facilitates and/or performs tasks regarding the specific Industrialization areas including:

o Estimates and reports on Labor cost, Product Costs, CAPEX and manufacturing Industrial expenses (OPEX).

o Performs material planning analysis and implements strategies.

o Performs Make vs Buy decisions on components/products.

o Ensures product records are structured to support effective control and transfer of the information.

o Support DFM/DFA of components and assemblies.

o Support Assembly Line, Automation, and Testers' development including manufacturing execution systems and traceability.

o Monitor all Industrial Quality Fundamentals are followed.

§ Maintains current knowledge of digital technologies, manufacturing processes and equipment technologies, and analyzes these technologies as related to applicability for use in the manufacturing facility.

§ Utilize continuous improvement methodology to improve internal industrial processes.

Qualifications

This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or similar)

• Master's in Finance, Administration or Project Management.

• About 10 years of experience in NPD (New Product Development) and NPI (New Product Introduction); as PM and Product Engineering and/or Manufacturing or Quality Eng. (ideally a combination)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production environment or in new products industrialization (for example, development of manual or automatic assembly lines and lines transfers)

• Experience in all Project stages (from initiation to closure).

• Experience managing and leading Programs or several projects and teams at the same time.

• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills (written and spoken).

• Ability to manage teams in site and virtual environments.

• Knowledge of Project Management best practices.

• Professional certification such as PMP or AGILE Scrum Master. (desirable)

• Financial and analytical proficiency.

• Ability to balance and monitor multiple tasks, prioritize, delegate, and own decisions.

• Self-starter with passion for learning.

• Familiar to AGILE concepts. (desirable)

• Familiar to Engineering design software and ERPs (SAP).
