Schneider Electric a global leader in Energy Management and Automation space looking for Sales Manager role based out of Bangalore. The Sales Manager needs to be self motivated, results-driven, focused, collaborate with other pipes. Sales Engineer will be a induvial contributor for sales growth. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales of B2B customer, specially Builders, IT, Health Care, Data Center, Retail and Commercial sector, most of whom have worked for the company for 5+ years. We are looking for competitive, financially motivated and capable taking initiatives, strategies grow profitable business.

We are looking for a results-driven Electrical Engineer to manage sales in the contractor pipe sector. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in electrical distribution systems, including medium voltage, low voltage, UPS, MCBs, switches, and distribution boards. This role focuses on building relationships with clients and providing tailored electrical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for electrical products in the contractor pipe market. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Provide technical support and expertise on electrical distribution systems. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Collaborate with engineering teams to customize client solutions. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare sales proposals and achieve sales targets. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum [X years] in technical sales or sales engineering in the electrical industry. Skills:In-depth knowledge of electrical distribution systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Qualifications

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in BE/BTech - Electrical Engineering, MBA in Marketing would be advantage.
  • Previous sales experience required in sales role.
  • 3+ years' experience in the Electrical/Building industry
  • 2+ years' experience in IoT, Industry 4.0, EMS software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with project managment, negotation, Key account managment
