The clean energy micro enterprise development program in an innovative initiative under Schneider Electric Access to Energy program, which aims to build a network of microenterprises to promote clean energy products and solution to solve the challenges of people living in rural and peri urban areas without electricity or with unreliable electricity for household and for activities supporting livelihood. Each of these microenterprises will be established and run by an enterprising youth. We aim to build a network of 1500 clean energy micro enterprises during next five years.
We are looking for a dynamic candidate with entrepreneur spirit to promote clean energy solutions through the clean energy microenterprise.

- Grow the clean energy entrepreneur network.
- Identity and select enterprising youth from vocational training centers and ITIs supported by Schneider Electric.
- Support the selected candidates to establish their business.
- Empower them to grow their business.
- Engage with them to retain.
- Lead a team of business development associates to grow Access to Energy business through the network of micro enterprises.
- Build innovative commercial policy for the channel to drive growth.
- Coordinate with partner organizations to leverage their entrepreneur development program to promote entrepreneurs.

Qualifications

Essential: MBA / Degree in Engineering / master's degree in engineering

• 6-12 years of experience marketing / channel development for transactional products.
