Technical Expertise in K7 commodity (neutral bars and lugs) is a must
-Ability to perform statistical analysis, root cause analysis and be able to present to VPs and SVPs. Black or Master Black Belt is a added advantage
-Ability to challenge status quo of NAM and Asia team members & supplier to improve internal processes, accelerate part approvals and ensure mass productions arrive to NAM Plants
-Presentation skills need to be at senior leadership level
-Program Management expertise of at least 10+years managing complex Supply Chain projects (including K7 parts or other related) involving engineering redesign changes and changes of supplier
-PMP certified or 10+ years managing Supply Chain Programs is a added advantage

-Scrum methodology (expert or certified) to handle deliverables with the NAM & India team members (quality, engineering, continuous engineering, labs)
-Expert in UL and CSA certification requirements and partner with NAM UL/CSA point of contact to accelerate certifications in K7 would be preffered
-Located in India to improve communication with suppliers (Jaynix, ShivOm or others)
-Excellent communication skills in English and ability to influence Reginal Category Management decisions to award businesses and improve supplier performance
