the program will enable us to react/scale faster and keep our business priorities on track.

The mission of the [Front office/Cluster/Zone] UNIFY Business transformation and Change lead role is to prepare

the organization for change to gain maximum benefits & ROI and to mitigate any negative impacts internally and

externally; implement change management strategies to ensure a faster rate of adoption and minimizing

resistance to change with alignment to program goals; implement the adoption strategy for the business

transformation program locally and manage the overall training framework and plans with the different teams

ensuring their roll-in with the right value tracking.

Business transformation and Change lead, reporting into [Front office/Cluster/Zone] Digital Transformation Office and

being part of UNIFY BT Hub, will support the implementation of business transformation locally be leading the Change

Strategy on Fit to Standard mindset, Best of breed applications adoption, support creating a change management

roadmap in partnership with the UNIFY BT Hub team. The mission aims at anticipating risks and managing impacts

of the UNIFY transformation including Journey2Readiness for all local functions.

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Change manager to drive successful implementation and adoption of

changes within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in change management

methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of guiding teams through transitions. The

role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, assessing the impact of changes, creating comprehensive

change management strategies, and fostering a culture of adoption and continuous improvement.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Missions:

1. Change Management:

• Define in partnership with Global Business Transformation Hub Director the local Change management

strategy

• Support Program and Territory lead in implementation of change management in all relevant sites

• Collect from communities & Management change management needs

• Build, organize, animate and coach the team of changer managers in all relevant [Territory] sites

• Develop Change Management Plans, maintain and track performance of change management within

[Territory]

• Track the progress of change initiatives, measure their impact, and make necessary adjustments to

ensure successful outcomes

• Collaborate with teams to gather insights, lessons learned and ensure best practices sharing from

change experiences

• Document and monitor Business transformations and related change impacts

• Assess Organizational Readiness for change adoption and value realization

2. Stakeholders engagement & Communication:

• Build and deliver local communication plan to ensure all employees understand the changes and the

way they will be affected to secure successful navigation through change journey and expected

adoption

• Create ambassadors community to deliver most important message and updates

• Prepare and animate different communication events on UNIFY locally in liaison with UNIFY program

communication strategy

• Manage the production of digital communication assets (video, edit video and propose different content)

• Measure communication effectiveness and coverage, to adjust the strategy accordingly to the UIFY

program goals

3. Learning & Training strategy:

• Define Training strategy and Training plan for end users

• Define, deliver & implement training roadmap for all stages of Journey2Readiness to UNIFY

• Secure necessary localization of Global Training content

• Secure expected knowledge level through training deployment to Go-live for all impacted groups of

users.

• Post-Implementation support to secure/sustain adoption level, including re-training and refresher

What will help you to be successful (education, language, skills, experiences):

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field

• Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a related role

• In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Knowledge in HR & People principles

• Positive mindset and willingness to drive the change!

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all

levels.

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and evaluate the success of change initiatives
