We are hiring a Power Electronics Engineering Manager with a strong background in Hands on Power Electronics Design, Completer Product Design in Solar / Inverter / Automotive / or other Power conversion Industries to join the Schneider Electric Solar + Storage team in Bangalore.
What will you do?
• Lead a team of highly competent power electronics and controls engineers on projection execution
• Help them in architectural and design decisions for DCDC, ACDC, DCAC converters in the 20kW power ranges
• Manage the teams everyday activities and unblock hurdles in technical and administrative aspects of project execution
• See the big picture and enable teams to take the right decisions and risks.
• Deliver a world class product with all certifications and production readiness
What qualifications will make you successful?
• Hands on experience in design and development of power converters mentioned above
• Experience in leading competent teams and in design and development
• Experience EMI/ EMC, Safety compliance and other product certification process
• Experience in delivering full NPIs in power converters
• Experience in emdded controller base designs preferred
• Experience in specific magnetic
• Experience in selection of power conversion topologies
• Experience in production transition of products designed.
