Ø The role of Spare Industrialisation engineer will be to define and follow up the industrialization process required for the service spare's Life Cycle.
Ø will be working closely with the production and warehouse team; will be responsible for spare part development or Coordinate with the offer data team to change Spare Product Life Cycle events through tools (such as PIM, C2G, and oracle) and assess the impact of spares and manage accordingly.
Ø You will coordinate and follow up with different process owners to complete their tasks and deliverables during the industrialization phase. You will work with the Manufacturing Change Owners (MCOs) and Industrialization team at our manufacturing sites to prepare the manufacturing pilots and capture the results.

Ø You should be a quick learner an excellent team player and good at communication across cultures.
Ø For new offers, ensure the spare part assembly feasibility. For manufacturing, contributes strongly to the Continuous Improvement actions for the Process & Equipment
Ø Will be responsible for planning the material for initial pilot build activities of spares.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ø Part management in tools like PIM, PDM,C2G and Oracle etc.
Ø Create and manage Part Qualification Request ( PQR) in PDM
Ø Part change management through tools and methods
Ø Conduct spare industrialization and qualification at Factory.
Qualifications
Qualifications -
EDUCATION-MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:
BE/Diploma Technical degree
EXPERIENCE-MINIMUM REQUIRED:
Ø 2-4 years' experience in total
Ø Data management on ERPs or other tools
Ø PIM/PDM experience desired
Ø NPD Industrialization experience desired
