We're looking for an experienced professional in Spare Parts & Continuity Management with expertise in SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies) and MFMEA (Manufacturing Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to enhance our manufacturing operations. This role will focus on optimizing spare part management, improving equipment performance, and reducing downtime to ensure seamless production continuity.
What You'll Do:
Spare Parts & Continuity Management
- Optimize Spare Parts Management: Implement ABC/FMR classification to determine lot size and safety stock, with an annual review to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure Stock Accuracy: Maintain a stock accuracy rate of over 95% for critical spare parts to ensure fast and reliable access.
- Implement MFMEA: Apply MFMEA to new critical equipment to assess potential failure modes and ensure reliability, with documented examples of successful application.
