The Role: Web Management Specialist (Spanish Bilingual)
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Management Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be pivotal in managing our corporate website and ensuring it meets the needs of our local business units and marketing communications team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of web management and analytics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Act as the Single Point of Contact for local Business Units and the Marketing Communications team to gather and understand requirements.
• Manage incoming tickets related to website issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Proofread machine learning translations to ensure high-quality content.
• Create new webpages using Builder.io to enhance our online presence.
• Stay updated on web-related topics by participating in:
• Monthly Web Community calls
• Yammer discussions
• Ad-hoc calls for web owners
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics 4 to provide insights and recommendations.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction metrics and address feedback.
Qualifications
Who would be successful?
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Bachelor's Degree graduate.
• Proven experience in web management or a related field.
• Familiarity with Builder.io or similar webpage creation tools (training on Builder.io will be given)
• Analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics 4
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
