Schneider Electric IT Corporation seeks an SP Business Finance Controller in Boston, MA.

Job Description: Act as finance lead for Sales and Marketing functions within the Prosumer NAM Organization. Manage RF and monthly closing with accuracy to drive profitable growth and ensure Strat plan is on track. Coordinate RF process, providing general guidelines and timetable and ensuring reporting quality. Control monthly closing, providing analysis on cash out variances vs budget. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal Schneider policies. Drive ERP, tools, and process transformation to fit business request and global request. Support the launch and profitable growth of the Prosumer Offer. Support Commercial and Marketing teams on defining reporting requirements. Work with commercial, marketing, supply chain, and quality areas to ensure the right set up to meet strategic plan. Position eligible for remote work up to 3 days per week.

Requirements: Position requires a bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field and 3 years of experience in corporate business finance, financial analysis, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Financial analysis and modelling, including leading orders and sales monthly reporting with estimation of potential business risks and opportunities; Financial forecasting and planning, including developing rolling forecasts and backlog analysis; Tableau and SQL digitization of reporting dashboards; Supporting auditing process accounting for accounting rules and key internal controls; ERP Skills - Oracle, SAP, Essbase, G5; Ability to prioritize investments using BCI methodology; and SIOP Leadership and Tool Development.
