As a Software Integration Project Manager within the NAM Secure Power Software Services Team at Schneider Electric, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the integration of software solutions across various projects. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery while managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.

What will you do?
- Project Coordination: Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and ensure alignment among teams and stakeholders.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of software solutions, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements.
- Timeline & Resource Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and monitor project deliverables.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in the integration process, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and is accessible to relevant stakeholders.

What's in it for you?
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $80,640.00- $120,960.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Customer Facing : Customer-facing experience is essential, as this role will involve daily interactions with our Software Services clients
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, program management, or project coordination with a focus on software.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) Microsoft Office 365 experience required.
- Travel Flexibility: Travel to customer or partner sites as needed for project support. 10%
